Basis for Payments. The parties understand and agree that the payments outlined herein cover the services outlined in this Agreement for only those units and maximum populations listed in Exhibit D of this Agreement. The provision of services for any expansion of population beyond that contemplated in Exhibit D may require additional payment and prior written agreement. The parties further understand and agree that this Agreement is entered into with an understanding that the level of services required shall be consistent with the accepted national standards of care at the time of execution of this Agreement. Any significant changes in the national standards of care as promulgated and approved by national authorities, such as the National Institute of Health or the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shall be cause to renegotiate the terms and amounts of this Agreement. The payment amounts listed above may be further adjusted to a mutually agreed amount and the contract amount in Article V may be increased or decreased by amending this Agreement should the volume, type or intensity of the Health Care services required to be provided by the CMHCC increase or decrease significantly during the term of this Agreement, as a result of, but not limited to, new or revised TDCJ policies, procedures or regulations, changing conditions or court mandates.
Basis for Payments. Payments for services covered by this contract shall be made on a unit-times-unit-price basis and in accordance with the “order of payment” requirements for the funding program, less client fees and other collections made by the Provider for services covered by this contract.
Basis for Payments. The Company shall make payments to NTI which are provided for in this Article 4 in consideration of the services performed by NTI as set forth in Articles 2 and 3 hereof. Such payments shall be made throughout the full term of this Technical Assistance and Marketing Support Agreement as compensation for the services set forth above and duly provided by NTI.

The payments set forth herein shall be made throughout the entire term of this Agreement as compensation in full for the services specified and duly provided by Atagencer and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx to the Company.

Such payments shall be made throughout the full term of this Management and Sales Representation Agreement as compensation for the services set forth above and duly provided by TP.

Basis for Payments. NTI shall make payments to Atagencer as provided in this Article 7 in consideration of all services performed by Atagencer (and Founder) as set forth in Articles 3, 4, 5 and 6 hereof. Atagencer shall designate Founder as the representative of Atagencer who shall personally perform such services on behalf of Atagencer. The payments set forth herein shall be made throughout the entire term of this Agreement as compensation in full for the services specified and duly provided by Atagencer (and Founder) to NTI.
Basis for Payments. (i) The Operator shall be paid per kilometre charge of INR. 58.50 per km inclusive of all applicable taxes for operation of buses to be given to PMPML “On hire” as per the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement and PMPML Letter of Award vide Ref no. PMPML/CMD/7764 dated 08 March 2019. The charges quoted will be effective for the contractual period from the date of operation under the contract with the provision for revision in the Hiring Charges to cover the upward price escalation annually from 3rd year of this Agreement.
Basis for Payments.
