Basis for Establishing Job Descriptions and Selection Criteria. (a) Job Description Must Reflect Work Performed It is understood and agreed that the primary basis for establishing job descriptions shall be the bona fide operational requirements of the Employer, however each job description shall reflect the major job duties of the work to be performed, and minor duties shall not have to be specified except in the event of a dispute.

  • Selection Criteria Each Contract is secured by a new or used Motorcycle. No Contract has a Contract Rate less than 1.00%.   • Selection Criteria for Awarding Task Order The Government will award to the offeror whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the Government based upon an integrated assessment using the evaluation criteria. The Government will evaluate proposals against established selection criteria specified in the task order RFP. Generally, the Government's award decision will be based on selection criteria which addresses past performance, technical acceptability, proposal risk and cost.
