Common use of Basic Transaction Clause in Contracts

Basic Transaction. On and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Buyer agrees to purchase from Seller, and Seller agrees to sell to Buyer, all of the Purchased Shares for the Purchase Consideration specified below in ss.2(b).
