Common use of Basic Salary Clause in Contracts

Basic Salary. During the term set forth in Section 2, above, the Corporation shall pay Executive a basic salary, payable in accordance with the Corporation's standard payroll practices, as follows: $254,871, per annum for the period from the Effective Date through September 30, 1996 and $270,163, per annum, thereafter. Executive's salary may be reviewed from time to time by the Board, to increase the amount of such salary. Executive's salary shall not be reduced during the term of this Agreement. Any increased salary shall become Executive's basic salary for purposes of this Agreement.

Basic Salary.
