Basic Payment. Licensee shall pay to Licensor the monthly Basic Payment specified in the SLA, subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 5.2 below (the “Basic Payment”), for its license and use of the Licensed Space. The Basic Payment shall be paid in advance and without demand, in equal monthly payments payable on the Basic Payment Commencement Date, and on the first day of each month thereafter continuing for the SLA Term, subject to extensions as provided for herein. Payments shall be made by check to the payee and address set forth in the SLA. Payments for any partial month shall be prorated.
Basic Payment. In consideration for the Services to be rendered by the Consultant pursuant to this Agreement, the Company hereby agrees to pay to the Consultant, when authorized shares are available, a base payment equal to 400,000 shares of Common Stock payable 33,333 shares on the date of execution of this Agreement, and 33,333 shares on the first day of each month thereafter, commencing February 1, 1998, provided, however, that the payment on December 1, 1998, shall be 33,337 shares. The Company shall deliver one or more certificates respresenting the shares of Common Stock received in each month on or before the last day of such month.
Basic Payment. Payments shall be made by check payable to Crown Castle Towers 06-2 LLC, PO Box 203127, Houston, TX 77216-3127. Licensee shall include the JDE Business Unit No. 831849 on or with each payment. Payments for any partial month shall be prorated.
Basic Payment. The County agrees to pay the SPO’s current hourly rate of $26.50 per hour and employment benefits in accordance with the applicable salary schedules or allocations, rules, policies and employment practices of the County, subject to reimbursement by the District as detailed herein.

Basic Payment. As consideration for Licensee's permitting Broker to air its programming on the Stations pursuant to this Agreement, Broker shall pay to Licensee the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) on the first day of each month during which this Agreement is in effect (the "Monthly Payment"). In the even that, for any month, this Agreement is in effect for less than the full month,m the consideration to be paid pursuant to this Paragraph shall be pro rated such that Licensee shall be compensated for that portion of the month during which the Agreement is in effect.
Basic Payment. As a basic contractual remuneration for the granting of the exclusive licence according to Art 2.1, the Licensee shall make a basic payment; the total amount of such payment will be EUR 7.0 million for the 2.5/3.0 MW onshore WECS and EUR 12.0 million for the 5.0/6.0 MW offshore WECS. The payment has to be paid in instalments which are stipulated in Annex 13 (Payment Schedule).
Basic Payment. The basic payment shall be calculated by multiplying the number of seedlings issued by the bid price per seedling or, in the case of a unit based bid the basic payment, shall be the contracted amount for that payment area. The basic payment shall be subject to reductions for damages as specified herein.
