Common use of Basic Coverage Clause in Contracts

Basic Coverage. Contractor will purchase and maintain at Contractor’s expense commercial/business automobile liability insurance, or personal automobile liability insurance, during the term of this agreement. This policy must cover bodily injury and property damage and be applicable to all vehicles, whether owned, non-owned, leased, or hired. The minimum liability limit will be $300,000 per occurrence, combined single limit.
