Basic Charges. Our charges for the legal work we do on your claim for damages as set out in Schedule 2.
Basic Charges. (a) fees, payment or other consideration directly relating to the provision of access to any Distribution System(s) (including without limitation any such fees, payment or other consideration in respect of reception equipment required to access any Distribution System(s)) but excluding any fees, payment or other consideration to receive any particular audio and/or audio-visual content via such Distribution System(s); and/or
Basic Charges. The Firm’s charges for the legal work it undertakes on a Client(s)’ claim as set out in the Schedule (where applicable).
Basic Charges. (i) Circuits which will range in capacity from DS-1s to DS-3s shall be charged on a monthly basis. In some cases the monthly rate may not be mileage sensitive and a single recurring rate element may apply. For rates that are mileage sensitive the recurring charge shall include two rate elements, the "first mile" and "additional miles". The rates may be decreased for additional Circuits between the same two points of a Link for the same Purchaser. The charge for Circuits may vary by state and by city.
Basic Charges. The RESIDENT and/or the REPRESENTATIVE agrees to pay from the RESIDENT’S income and resources the FACILITY’S basic Daily Care Rate, which includes the cost of the Covered Services, including nursing care, dietary services, room and board, and any additional costs of services outlined in Section II. The RESIDENT and the REPRESENTATIVE agrees to pay any additional costs of services as set forth in Section II. B and Section V. paragraph A 3 and 4 herein. The FACILITY shall xxxx the resident and/or REPRESENTATIVE monthly. Payment is expected upon receipt of invoice. The FACILITY reserves the right to change its basic Daily Care Rate upon thirty (30) days advance notice.
Basic Charges. These are our charges for the legal work we do, based on the rates we charge which is £350 per hour. Letters and telephone calls are charged out on a time recorded basis at 1/10th of the hourly rate.
Basic Charges. The daily lease charge for a Leased Tool will apply to the actual number of days the Leased Tool is used. The daily lease charge for a Leased Part will apply to each day of the lease term.

The Purchaser must provide an unrestricted POTS line either near the IDU at one end of the link or at one mutually-agreeable point in a network of connected links at no charge to ART.
Basic Charges. These are our charges for the legal work we do, based on the rates we charge detailed in the Conditional Fee Agreement. Letters and telephone calls are charged out on a time recorded basis at 1/10thof the hourly rate. We will keep our hourly rates under review and notify you in writing of any increased rate. We will review the hourly rates (to take account of changes in our overhead costs) and notify you in writing of any increased rate. We will also advise you in writing of any change in the hourly rate the court may choose to make or if there is a change in the Litigator dealing with your claim. Interest & Payments By entering into this agreement you agree that we may charge interest on our charges at a rate of 8% with interest becoming chargeable at the time the charge is incurred. Where you do not fulfil your part of the Agreement (i.e. the Conditional Fee Agreement and our Terms of Business) you agree to pay into a designated account any cheque received by you or by us from the Opponent and made payable to you or us. Out of the money, you agree to let us take the balance of the Basic Charges, insurance premium, any remaining Disbursements, interest and VAT. Lien Our right to keep all papers, documents, money or other property held on your behalf until all money due to us is paid. A lien may be applied after this agreement ends unless another solicitor working for you undertakes to pay us what we are owed. Any Undertaking offered to preserve this lien must be in accordance with our terms of business.

This work shall include: If we have entered into a non contentious business agreement with you all the work that we have carried out under that non contentious business agreement and All work we have carried out in taking details from you, assessing the risks involved in your case, setting out the terms upon which we are prepared to undertake the case on a Conditional Fee Agreement and advising you upon the effect of entering into a Conditional fee Agreement.
