Bases for remuneration. 1. When an employee has during his or her employment performed work that entitles to a higher wage scale rate, the employee shall in situations referred to in paragraphs 1 and 3 of Section 14(1) of the Seamen’s Working Hours Act be remunerated with compensation that is based on the wage of the title cor- responding to the work in which the employee has earned the compensation.
