BASED PAINT DISCLOSURE. Lead Warning Statement…Housing built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Lead from paint, paint chips, and dust can pose health hazards if not taken care of properly. Lead exposure is especially harmful to young children and pregnant women. Before renting pre-1978 housing, Landlords must disclose the presence of known lead-based paint and lead-based paint hazards in the dwelling. Tenants must also receive a federally approved pamphlet on lead poisoning prevention. Landlord hereby certifies that: Property WAS built in 1978 or before; Landlord does not know of any lead-based paint or lead-based hazards (dangers) on the Property; Landlord has no reports or records about lead-based paint or lead-based paint hazards(dangers) at the Property. WATER/SEWER DISCLOSURE: Landlord hereby certifies that: Water supply for leased property is provided and maintained by Borough Authority and is not sourced from private well located on the leased property. Sewer disposal for leased property is provided and maintained by Borough Authority and is not stored locally on the leased property. Landlord does not know of any quality related hazards relating to water supply or sewer disposal or the distribution means to or from the leased property.   • Confidentiality and Safeguarding of University Records; Press Releases; Public Information Under this Agreement, Contractor may (1) create, (2) receive from or on behalf of University, or (3) have access to, records or record systems (collectively, University Records). Among other things, University Records may contain social security numbers, credit card numbers, or data protected or made confidential or sensitive by Applicable Laws.   • SELLER’S LEAD-BASED DISCLOSURE Pursuant to the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992 [42 USC §4852d] to the extent the Property is residential real property on which a residential dwelling was built prior to 1978, Buyer is notified that such Property may present exposure to lead from lead-based paint that may place young children at risk of developing lead poisoning. Lead poisoning in young children may produce permanent neurological damage, including learning disabilities, reduced intelligence quotient, behavioral problems, and impaired memory. Lead poisoning also poses a particular risk to pregnant women. For such reasons, the US government recommends the buyer obtain a risk assessment or inspection for lead-based paint hazards of any residential dwelling was built prior to 1978. To the extent the Property constitutes a residential dwelling built prior to 1978:

  • Disclosure Except with respect to the material terms and conditions of the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents, the Company confirms that neither it nor any other Person acting on its behalf has provided any of the Purchasers or their agents or counsel with any information that it believes constitutes or might constitute material, non-public information which is not otherwise disclosed in the Prospectus Supplement. The Company understands and confirms that the Purchasers will rely on the foregoing representation in effecting transactions in securities of the Company. All of the disclosure furnished by or on behalf of the Company to the Purchasers regarding the Company and its Subsidiaries, their respective businesses and the transactions contemplated hereby, including the Disclosure Schedules to this Agreement, is true and correct and does not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state any material fact necessary in order to make the statements made therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.   • LEAD-BASED PAINT The Owner shall be responsible for providing information about the Property in regard to lead-based paint. It is understood that in accordance with 42 U.S. Code § 4852d that all occupants of residential property must be made aware of the existence of lead-based paint in residential dwellings built prior to January 1, 1978.

  • ENVIRONMENTAL WARRANTY, DISCLOSURES AND INDEMNIFICATION To the best of Seller's knowledge, there are no areas of the Property where hazardous substances or hazardous wastes, as such terms are defined by applicable Federal, State, and Local statutes and regulations, have been disposed of, released, or found. No claim has been made against Seller with regard to hazardous substances or wastes as set forth herein, and Seller is not aware that any such claim is current or ever has been threatened. Seller shall inform Buyer, to the best of Seller's knowledge, of any hazardous materials or release of any such materials into the environment, and of the existence of any underground structures or utilities which are or may be present on the Property.

  • NEPOTISM DISCLOSURE A. In this section the term “relative” means:
