Base Wages The classifications, pay grades and base wage rates for each classification covered under this Agreement as of April 25, 2013, January 1, 2014 and January 1, 2015, respectively, are set forth in Appendix A. New hires shall be placed at Step One (the minimum rate) of the Wage Schedule. After one (1) year of service at Step One, the employee shall advance to Step Two. Each employee shall thereafter advance to each successive step after twelve months service at each such step until he reaches the maximum step of the Wage Schedule for his classification and pay grade.
WAGES AND RATES OF PAY 7.01 Wage Schedules applicable to various job classifications are as set forth in Schedule “A”.
WAGES AND FRINGE BENEFITS The minimum hourly rate of Wages and Benefits shall be as per Attachment “A”. Wages at the established rates specified herein shall be paid weekly in the shop or on the job at or before quitting time on any day, Monday through Friday, of each week, and no more than five (5) calendar days pay will be withheld. Alternative payroll procedures, i.e., electronic and/or automatic deposit may be utilized by the Employer. Employees laid off through no fault of their own shall be paid in full ½ hour prior to quitting time or if the employee is signed up for electronic transfer, the money shall be transferred to his or her account within 24 hours. Employees who were discharged or voluntarily quit shall be paid their wages per the Site Local Union’s Agreement. Assessments or Penalties for late pay or non-payment of wages shall be as per the Site Local Inside Collective Bargaining Agreement. Holidays and vacations shall comply with the terms of the Site Local Inside Collective Bargaining Agreement.
PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 25.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day, each Employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages and deductions. Deficiencies in an Employee’s pay in excess of $50.00 shall be paid by way of an advance within three (3) days of advising the Employer.

Transmission Wages and Salaries Allocation Factor shall equal the ratio of Connecting Transmission Owner Transmission-related direct electric wages and salaries including any direct wages or salaries charged to Connecting Transmission Owner by a Connecting Transmission Owner Affiliate to Connecting Transmission Owner’s total electric direct wages and salaries including any wages charged to Connecting Transmission Owner by a Connecting Transmission Owner Affiliate excluding any electric administrative and general wages and salaries. Purpose of Attachment Facilities Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Attachment Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.
Commingling of Resold Services with Unbundled Network Elements and Combinations of Unbundled Network Elements 6.7.1 To the extent it is Technically Feasible and pursuant to the terms of Section 9.1, CLEC may Commingle Telecommunications Services purchased on a resale basis with an Unbundled Network Element or combination of Unbundled Network Elements.
