Base Wage Rates. Regular full-time employees covered by this Agreement shall be paid a monthly wage based on the applicable salary schedule. The salary schedule is found in Appendix "B".

Base Wage Rates. Base wage rates are reflected in Appendix A, which is attached hereto and by this reference is incorporated into this Memorandum of Understanding. Eligible employees who meet the City’s merit increase requirement as of September 1, 2024, for advancement will be placed into Step G. All others will move into Step G through the normal progression after eligibility pursuant to the City’s procedure for merit increase advancement through the salary ranges.
