Base Services. Provided that Tenant is not then in default beyond applicable periods of notice and cure, Landlord shall cause to be furnished to the Building, or as applicable, the Premises, in common with other tenants the following services:
Base Services. Any service or tow which is performed when the vehicle Operator or agent is present and the vehicle is not stored at the direction of a deputy.

Advance review of Offer documents § Strategic advice relating to the Offer § Coordination of tombstone advertisement placement in newspapers § (cost for advertisement additional and dependent upon newspaper and size of advertisement) § Dissemination of Offer documents to bank and broker community § Communication with bank and broker community during Offer period § Outreach to Professional Investors § Communication with Depositary Agent to monitor progress of the offer § Provide progress updates to the advisory team
Base Services. Client shall be provided with the non-exclusive use of the Offices and shall have access to the Offices twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. In exchange for the Monthly Fixed Fee for Base Services, Firm agrees to provide the following base services: office cleaning, maintenance services, office supplies, electricity, heating and air conditioning to the Offices (the “Base Services”). In addition, Client will have reasonable use of Firm common area facilities. Client shall use the Offices and auxiliary areas of the facilities solely for general office use in the conduct of the Client’s business. If for any reason whatsoever, Firm is unable to deliver possession of the Offices or a mutually agreed upon alternative office at the time herein agreed, Client may either extend the Effective Date until the Offices become available or, as its sole remedy for such failure, cancel and terminate this Agreement if the Offices are not delivered to Client within five (5) business days after written notice to Firm by Client, in which case any prior payments shall be fully refunded. No such failure to deliver possession shall subject Firm to any liability for loss or damage, nor affect the validity of this Agreement or the obligations of the Client hereunder. In order to accommodate the needs of potential multiple office clients, Firm will have the right, upon ten (10) days’ written notice, to relocate Client to other offices in the Building and to substitute such other offices for the Offices contracted herein, provided such other offices are substantially similar in area and configuration to Client’s contracted offices and provided Client shall incur no increase in the total monthly fee or any relocation cost or expense.
Base Services. Landlord shall cause to be furnished to the Building, or as applicable, the Premises, in common with other tenants the following services:
Base Services. For each After School Program at a School Site that is funded with Base Funding, Contractor shall provide the General Services set forth in Section 1.5.1 above, comply with the terms and conditions that apply to the use of the Base Funding, and provide services (“Base Services”) that comply, at a minimum, with the following requirements:
Base Services. (a) Performance. Service Provider will provide the Services described in Schedule A (the “Base Services”). Services provided by Service Provider under this Agreement may be provided by Service Provider directly or through any of its Subsidiaries at Service Provider’s discretion.

ITEMS NOT COVERED ■ All expenses such as ad hoc reports, printing, checks, postage, stationery, wire transfers, etc. (these will be billed as incurred)
