Common use of Base Salary Severance Clause in Contracts

Executive shall receive nine (9) months of Executive’s then-current base salary, paid out in the Company’s normal pay cycle over the nine-month period following termination (the “Severance Period”) and subject to all applicable withholding requirements. This severance payment will only be paid so long as Executive does not engage in any Competitive Activity during the Severance Period.
