BASE CONTRACT FEE. COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR a contract fee not to exceed $10,000.00 payable at the rate of $200.00 per hour. CONTRACTOR shall submit requests for payment (Invoice) on a monthly basis, invoicing for all work completed and delivered to the Director prior to the issuance of such Invoice. Invoice shall be substantially in the form of the invoice attached hereto as Attachment E. Payment shall be made within fifteen (15) days after the Invoice is approved and accepted by the Auditor. In no event shall total compensation paid to CONTRACTOR under this Provision B.1 exceed $10,000.00 without an amendment to this Agreement approved by the Sierra County Board of Supervisors;

BASE CONTRACT FEE. COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR a contract fee of eighty dollars and no cents ($80.00) per hour. Invoice shall be substantially in the form of the invoice attached hereto as Attachment E. Payment shall be made within sixty (60) days after the invoice is approved by the County Contract Administrator. In no event shall total compensation paid to CONTRACTOR under this Provision B.1 exceed $133,120.00 without an amendment to this Agreement approved by the Sierra County Board of Supervisors. B.2 MILEAGE. N/A B.3 TRAVEL COSTS. N/A B.4 AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED. Services performed by CONTRACTOR and not authorized in this Agreement shall not be paid for by COUNTY. Payment for additional services shall be made to CONTRACTOR by COUNTY if, and only if, this Agreement is amended in writing by both parties in advance of performing additional services.

In no event shall total compensation paid to CONSULTANT under this Provision B.1 exceed $14,000 without an amendment to this Agreement approved by the THREE RIVERS LEVEE IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY Board of Directors.
BASE CONTRACT FEE. For each client, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR a contract fee as follows: Stimulants 5 days / 4 nights ($150 per night) = $600 This type of detox does not require a medical clearance * Alcohol 7 days / 6 nights ($150 per night) = $900 This detox will require a medical clearance $150 * Opiate 10 days / 9 nights ($150 per night) = $1,350 This detox will require a medical clearance $150 * The medical clearance fee covers an evaluation by an outside doctor to determine if the person is physically capable to detox and any medication they will prescribe the client in their detoxification. Contractor will only xxxx for the number of nights the client stays plus medical clearance, if required. No co-payment will be required from Sierra County clients.
