Base Consulting Fee. As base compensation for all services to be rendered by Officer under this Agreement during the Term, Castle Arch shall pay to Officer a monthly base Consulting Fee of $25,000 per month, (such Consulting Fee, as it may be increased from time to time, being the "Base Consulting Fee"). Officer's Base Consulting Fee shall be paid in accordance with Castle Arch's normal payroll procedures and policies, as such procedures and policies may be modified from time to time, but in no event shall such payments be made less than monthly. From time to time, the Board shall consider an increase of Officer's Base Consulting Fee. Such increase shall be in the sole discretion of the Board, or by the compensation committee upon its creation.
Base Consulting Fee. During Consultant’s engagement by the Company, the Company shall pay Consultant a base consulting fee of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS NO/100 ($250,000.00) annually (“Base Fee”), which shall be payable in equal bi-monthly installments. The Base Fee will commence on the first day of the month following the completion of the “First Equity Financing” (as defined below).
Base Consulting Fee. Client shall pay TBWB on the termination date any Base Consulting Fee that is owed under Section 3.a for Services performed up to and including the date of termination.
Base Consulting Fee. Consultant shall receive a Base Consulting Fee of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) per month. The Base Consulting Fee shall be paid to the Consultant by the fifth (5th) day of the following month.
Base Consulting Fee. Consultant shall be entitled to receive a base Consulting fee of $50.00 per hour, payable in the common stock of the Company at fair market value per share. Fair market value shall be defined as:
Base Consulting Fee upon receipt of an invoice from the Consultant a base fee of USD $15,000 per month payable within 15 days of such invoice.
Base Consulting Fee. Client will pay Consultant a “Base Consulting Fee” on the terms set forth on Exhibit B.
Base Consulting Fee. TBWBH shall be paid a Base Consulting Fee of $6,500 per month, payable within 30 days of receipt of invoice. The Base Consulting Fee shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the initial and/or final month of service if less than a full calendar month.
Base Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay Consultant a Base Consulting Fee equal to Five Hundred Thousand Dollars (USD $500,000.00) per year (the “Base Consulting Fee”) payable in cash or freely tradeable shares. Such Base Consulting Fee shall be paid to Consultant monthly in arrears or as otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties.
Base Consulting Fee. Consultant shall be paid a monthly Base Consulting Fee of $15,000.00 per month. Consultant’s Base Consulting Fee shall be reviewed on at least an annual basis and may be adjusted as appropriate, but in no event shall it be reduced to an amount below Consultant’s Base Consulting Fee then in effect. In the event of such an adjustment, that amount shall become Consultant’s Base Consulting Fee.
