Bargaining Unit Substitute. A bargaining unit member who is substituting in another position within the bargaining unit where the absent employee has a return right to that position.
Bargaining Unit Substitute. A bargaining unit member who has already been awarded a posted permanent LESPA position, but is substituting in another position within the bargaining unit where the absent employee has a return right to that position.
