Bargaining Unit Meetings. The Lodge shall be permitted, upon prior approval of the Chief or appropriate Subdivision Deputy Chief, to hold meetings for the Lodge members in the bargaining units or for all bargaining unit members at Police Headquarters or other City buildings, rooms, or facilities. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The request for approval shall be in writing; shall be delivered to the Chief at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the time of the meeting; and shall state the date, time, and requested location of the meeting. The City agrees to hold the requested location open for use by the Lodge on the date and at the time specified in the Lodge's request. However, if it is not practicable for the City to provide the requested location to the Lodge, the City will so notify the Lodge and make every effort to provide for an alternate meeting location in another City occupied building, room, or facility.

Bargaining Unit Meetings. The Association may hold bargaining unit meetings in the Medical Center for purposes of professional education, contract negotiations and contract administration by scheduling such meetings with the Manager of Labor Relations or his/her designee at mutually agreeable times and places.
Bargaining Unit Meetings. The Union may hold bargaining unit meetings on the Employer’s premises for the purposes of Agreement negotiations and administration of mutually agreed upon bargaining unit employee education by scheduling such meetings with the Director of Human Resources or his or her designee at mutually agreeable times and places. Bargaining unit employees may attend such meetings only on their non-working time.

The notification required under this Section shall be in writing, shall be delivered to the Chief at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the time of the meeting, and shall state the date, time and requested location of the meeting. The Township agrees to hold the requested location open for use by the Lodge on the date and at the time specified in the Lodge's notification to the Chief. However, if it is not practicable for the Township to provide the requested location to the Lodge, the Township will so notify the Lodge and make an effort to provide for an alternate meeting location in another Township building, room or facility. No member shall be obligated or asked to divulge to the Township information discussed at said meetings.
