Bargaining Unit Description. Except where otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the bargaining unit shall comprise all employees included in the bargaining unit as in the Certification issued by the Labour Relations Board of British Columbia on November 27, 1973 as well as those employees not covered by the certification of the Canadian Office and Professional Employees' Union, Local No. 378, or excluded from either union certification under the provisions of the Labour Relations Code. The University recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all such employees.
Bargaining Unit Description. 7.1 The bargaining unit description for employees in this unit is the continuing and term employees of Nicola Valley Institute of Technology primarily involved in teaching, counselling, library services and/or providing support services at and from the Institute.

Bargaining Unit Description. The Umpqua Community College Part-Time Faculty Association (UCCPTFA), affiliated with the Oregon Education Association, is the exclusive collective bargaining representative of the bargaining unit comprised of all faculty employed by the Umpqua Community College (UCC) who teach at least five (5) credit hours or work at least 0.11 FTE over the fall, winter, spring, and summer terms combined, including librarians, faculty chairs, instructional coordinators, and other staff who perform instructional duties. Specifically excluded are full-time faculty (0.68 FTE and above), supervisory employees, confidential employees, classified bargaining unit employees, casual employees, part-time coaches and instructors who only teach community education classes.
Bargaining Unit Description. The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining representative as defined in Section 2 of Act 379, Public Acts of 1965, for the following professional personnel on tenure and probation: certified classroom teachers, special certificated teachers, guidance counselors, librarians, speech therapists, teaching counselors, social workers, and consultants employed or hereafter employed, but excluding substitute teachers, teachers providing playground supervision, any teacher who teaches community education courses, and supervisory and executive personnel. The Board agrees not to negotiate with any teachers’ organization other than the Association for the duration of this Agreement.

The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of Manitoulin-Sudbury District Services Board save and except IMS Co-ordinator, Finance Supervisor, Executive Assistant, and persons above the rank of the IMS Co-ordinator.
