Bargaining Agents. L1.1.1 The Board recognizes the OSSTF as the exclusive bargaining agent of all Teachers, including Occasional Teachers, who are assigned to one or more secondary schools or who perform duties in respect of such schools all or most of the time. The Board agrees that it will deal solely with the duly authorized agents of the Bargaining Unit in all matters pertaining to the administration and interpretation of this Agreement. In order that this may be carried out, the Bargaining Unit will supply the Board with the names of its officials and committee members.
