Banner Advertising. We license ad-server software from another company to place banner advertising on our sites. All of the data provided and generated by the ad-server software remains in our possession and no data is transferred to the licensor of the software. This feature of our site may, on occasion, set “cookies” on your computer. Any information collected or stored by the ad-service or the cookies is treated in the same manner as other information as described in this statement.
Banner Advertising. You may place banner advertisements on a website provided you use Younique-approved templates and images. All banner advertisements must link to your Personal Website or a Registered External Website. The banner ad must identify the advertiser (you) as an “Independent Younique Presenter.” You may not use blind ads or web pages that make product or income claims that are ultimately associated with Younique products or the Younique business opportunity.
Banner Advertising. During the term of this Agreement, iVillage agrees to provide advertising banners that will run across the tops of the home pages of various channels within the Network. The advertising banners will permit recipients to navigate directly to a page on the Xxxxxx.xxx Web Site selected by Xxxxxx.xxx.
Banner Advertising. Market Partners may place banner advertisements on a website provided the Market Partner uses MONAT-approved templates and images. All banner advertisements must link to a Market Partner’s Replicated Website. Market Partners may not use blind ads (ads that do not disclose the identity of the Company) or web pages that make product or income claims that are ultimately associated with MONAT products or the MONAT opportunity.
Banner Advertising. You can place banner ads on third-party websites as long as you use banner templates approved by VIVRI®. No banner may be placed on any website that requires the viewer to be 18 years of age or older to watch the content, or to contain any content that is defamatory, vulgar, profane, incites violence or hatred, racist, discriminatory, pornographic, or otherwise offensive. VIVRI® will have the exclusive right to determine what is offensive, and may require a Leader to remove a banner from any site it deems offensive or otherwise prohibited in accordance with this policy. All advertising banners must link only to your replicated website and/or independent website. Leaders cannot use blind ads (ads that do not reveal the identity of the company).
Banner Advertising. During the first twelve Months of the Term, Go2net will make available to Netbot for Netbot's use (but not for resale by Netbot) free of charge up to * of the total of number banner advertising impressions made available at the Metacrawler Site (e.g., one out of every twenty banner advertisements will be made available to Netbot). The position, size, prominence and other details of such banner advertising will be determined by mutual agreement of the parties and not less favorable to Netbot than offered by Go2net to any other advertiser.
Banner Advertising. AOL will provide banner advertising (the "Banners") which link to the Customized MB Site in other areas of the AOL Service. The Banners will have a value of [****], based on AOL's then-applicable rate card. The Banners will be rotated through the "Entertainment" channel of the AOL Service, "Entertainment" chat rooms of the AOL Service with music themes, select "Greenhouse" properties on the AOL Service, "E-mail" components of the AOL Service and such other areas of the AOL Service as may be mutually agreed upon by the Parties. AOL will develop the media plan for rotation of the Banners; provided that: (i) Banners will not be rotated through areas containing separate N2K promotions; and (ii) areas for rotation not specifically described above (e.g., a specific "Greenhouse" property) will be subject to N2K's prior written approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Banner Advertising. All banner advertisements must link to your Party Time Mixes provided affiliate website or your registered custom domain URL. You may not use blind ads or web pages that make any product or income claims that are ultimately associated with Party Time Mixes products or the Party Time Mixes opportunity. Spam-Linking Spam-linking is defined as multiple consecutive submissions of the same or similar content into blogs, wikis, social media sites, guest books or other publicly accessible online discussion boards or forums and is not allowed. This includes blog spamming, blog comment spamming and/or spamdexing. Any comments you make must be unique, truthful, informative and relevant. Sponsored Links/Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Ads Sponsored links or pay-per-click ads (PPC) are acceptable. The destination URL must be to either your Party Time Mixes affiliate website, your registered custom domain, or your compliant Party Time Mixes fan page.
Banner Advertising. Affiliates may place banner advertisements on a Company-approved third-party website provided that they use Tori Belle-approved banner templates and images. All banner advertisements must link to an Affiliate’s replicated website or external website. Affiliates may not use blind ads (ads that do not disclose the identity of the Company and Affiliate) or web pages that make product or income claims that are ultimately associated with Tori Belle products or the opportunity.
Banner Advertising. You may place banner advertisements on a website provided you use Scentsy Family-approved templates and images. All banner advertisements must link to your Personal Website or a registered external website. You may not use blind ads or web pages that make product or income claims that are ultimately associated with Scentsy Family products or the Scentsy Family opportunity. Multiple Scentsy Family brands may be advertised in the same banner advertisement as long as it has been approved by xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx.
