Common use of Bankruptcy or Insolvency Clause in Contracts

Bankruptcy or Insolvency. 14.01 If the Contractor is adjudicated bankrupt or insolvent, or if a trustee is appointed over the Contractor or any of its property, whether it is a third party or Contractor as debtor-in-possession (referred to as "Contractor" in this Article unless the context clearly requires otherwise) the following rights, obligations and limitations control:

Bankruptcy or Insolvency. 14.01 If the Contractor is adjudicated bankrupt or insolvent, or if a trustee is appointed over the Contractor or any of its property, whether it is a third party or the Contractor as debtor-in-possession (referred to as both shall be the "Contractor" in this Article Section entitled “Bankruptcy or Insolvency” unless the context clearly requires otherwise) the following rights, obligations and limitations control:
