Common use of Bankruptcy Court Clause in Contracts

Bankruptcy Court. Use its best efforts to obtain the approval of the Bankruptcy Court of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and deliver or cause to be delivered to Holder, all pleadings, motions and other documents filed by or on behalf of the Maker with the Bankruptcy Court.

Bankruptcy Court. Use The Borrower shall use its best efforts to obtain the approval of the Bankruptcy Court of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and deliver or cause to be delivered to Holder, the Lender and the Lender’s counsel all material pleadings, motions and other documents filed by or on behalf of the Maker Borrower with the Bankruptcy Court.
