Common use of Bankruptcy and Insolvency Clause in Contracts

Bankruptcy and Insolvency. This Agreement shall be terminated as of right without any notice being required in the event that the Customer becomes insolvent, makes a general assignment of his property for the benefit of his creditors or is declared bankrupt, if an order of receivership or liquidation is rendered against him or if he attempts to rely on any law governing insolvency, bankruptcy or arrangement with creditors.
