Banking of Overtime. 1. All regular employees may make arrangements with the Employer to bank accumulated overtime. The employee may then request his overtime in time off, in writing, 15 days in advance of such leave, and the Employer will reply in writing, within two working days. Upon request by the employee, such time off will be taken at the Employer's discretion, consistent with the efficient operations of the business. The minimum unit of banked overtime to be utilized will be eight (8) regular hours.
