Common use of Bank Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Bank Guarantee. 1. Within the 13/07/2015, the SHIPPER shall provide to ENI a credit guarantee on first demand issued by an international Primary Bank (the "Bank Guarantee") for an amount equivalent to 3 (three) monthly subletting Fee as per Article 9. The Bank Guarantee must be conformed with the form herein attached as Annex B. The Bank Guarantee shall be in force until the date specified in clause 3 of Annex B and shall guarantee all the payments due under the Contract.

The Bank Guarantee shall be in force until the date specified in clause 3 of Annex B and shall guarantee all the payments due under the Contract.

The Bank Guarantee shall be in force until the date specified in clause 3 of Annex B F and shall guarantee all the payments due under the Contract.

The Bank Guarantee must be conformed with to the form herein attached as Annex B. D. The Bank Guarantee shall be in force until the date specified in clause 3 of Annex B D and shall guarantee all the payments due under the Contract.
