Banded Gas Market. 5.3 If the Seller elects a gas market indexed price option, the index shall be the Opal Gas Market Index as provided in Schedule 37. In the event that Xxxxx ceases to publish the Opal Gas Market Index, the Company shall replace the index with a similar gas index.
