Balconies/Terrace. (a) The Apartment has balconies. Drying of clothes etc. shall be permitted only in the utility balcony (Service Area) to maintain the aesthetics of the Tower/Building and to provide equal enjoyment to all the allottees. Drying of clothes or hanging etc. will not be permitted in any manner in which it would be visible from the open areas of the Luxury Zone and Luxury portion of the Future Development.

Balconies/Terrace. (a) The Apartment has a balcony. Drying of clothes etc. shall have to be done by the Allottee in such a manner that it does not disturb the aesthetics of the Building/ and should not be visible from the open areas of the Project.
