Balconies/Terrace Sample Clauses

The Balconies/Terrace clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to the use, maintenance, and access of balconies or terraces in a property. Typically, it specifies whether these areas are for exclusive use by a particular tenant or owner, outlines any restrictions on their use (such as prohibiting barbecues or hanging laundry), and may address maintenance obligations or liability for damage.
