Balance Transfer Fee. A fee of $5 or three percent (3%) of the amount of each Balance Transfer (whichever is greater). This fee is in addition to the Interest Charge which will accrue on the Balance Transfer. • Foreign Transaction Fee. One percent (1%) of the U.S. dollar amount of any transaction made (1) in a foreign currency, (2) outside of the United States, or (3) with a foreign merchant, even if that transaction is made in U.S. dollars.
