Balance Requirements. The Account must be kept in credit at all times and have sufficient funds in the Account to cover any payments. Any balance may attract credit interest as established by the Bank from time to time.

When your card(s) expire, are lost or stolen and new cards are issued, the service may update relevant card data (card numbers and expiration dates) to merchants who participate in the service to facilitate uninterrupted processing of your recurring charges. This service provides updates to a Mastercard database only. The database is accessed by those participating merchants seeking your account information after you have requested they process a recurring payment or payments. If any account is subject to a minimum balance requirement to open or maintain the account, avoid the imposition of any service fees, or obtain the stated Annual Percentage Yield, the balance requirements, including the conditions and fees, are set forth on the Rate and Fee Schedule. If your account falls below a minimum required balance at any time during the period, your account may be subject to a service fee or may not earn dividends at the stated annual percentage rate. Credit Union will notify M ember of such limits and Credit Union will not be obligated to process Transactions that exceed the limits Credit Union has established. Credit Union will have no liability to M ember for Credit Union’s refusal to process Transactions or to transfer or disburse funds w hen M ember does not have sufficient funds in M ember’s Authorized Accounts. Credit Union’s processing of Transactions in excess of established limits on one or more occasions will not be deemed a waiver of, or otherw ise limit, Credit Union’s right at any subsequent time to refuse to process Transactions in accordance with this paragraph.

Any minimum deposit to open an account and the minimum daily balance you must maintain to avoid service fees or to earn the Annual Percentage Yield stated for your account is set forth in the disclosure. If your account falls below a minimum required balance at any time during the period, your account may be subject to a service charge and may not earn dividends at the stated Annual Percentage Yield for the period in which you did not meet the requirement. Balance Computation Method: Dividends are calculated by the Daily Balance Method which applies a daily periodic rate to the balance in the account each day. Accrual of Dividends. Dividends will begin to accrue on both cash and noncash deposits (i.e. checks) on the business day you deposit such items to your account.
Balance Requirements. Balance requirements for Tenant systems necessitate that the air pressure differential between adjacent spaces shall be neutral. A negative pressure relative to the adjacent spaces shall be maintained in the areas requiring exhaust systems as previously described. The Tenant shall employ a contractor approved by the Landlord to balance systems to design specifications. All balancing work shall be scheduled through the Landlord's Project Manager.
