Selecting No will leave the user on the Create Case Work page without launching the Child Placement Agreement page.  Upon attempting to create the Child Placement Agreement from Create Case Work, if the child has an “Active” (non-terminated) Child Placement Agreement, upon clicking the Create button the following validation message will be thrown: The selected participant has an “Active” Child Placement Agreement in Case ID: < >. This is regardless of the Purpose. This includes when Create Case Work is launched from the FSFN Banner Bar or when Create is selected from the Menu or from Case Book.  Upon initial launch and creation of the Child Placement Agreement page, the page will default to the second tab, Child Placement Agreement Details. Following the initial creation of the Child Placement Agreement page, each time the page is subsequently launched, it will default to the first tab, Current Child Placement Agreement.  Upon initial launch and creation of the Child Placement Agreement page, the Child Placement Agreement Details tab will automatically be populated with 1 row in the Agreement Details group box.
