Background Clearance. At least 30 days prior to the start of Contract, or as soon as possible thereafter, Contractor shall submit a list to the Probation Department Background Investigation Unit, X.X. Xxx 00000, Xxxxx Xxx, XX 00000 of persons who will be assigned to perform services under this Contract so that Probation can conduct background investigations of those assigned individuals as required by this Contract. While clearance may be denied for many reasons based on information obtained in a background investigation, an omission or false statement made by the individual, regardless of the nature or magnitude of the omission or false statement, may also be grounds for denying clearance. Contractor shall notify Probation Department Background Unit in writing within 30 days of separation the name of any approved individual who leaves Contractor’s employment.

Background Clearance. If the Contractor must access any confidential information, this provision must be completed prior to implementing any portion of this scope of work. Prior to accessing any confidential information, personal identifying information, personal health information, federal tax information, or financial information contained in the information systems and devices of the Exchange, or any other information as required by federal and State law or guidance, all staff, including employees, contract or subcontract personnel, vendors or volunteers who perform services under this Agreement must comply with the criminal background check requirements set forth in Government Code section 1043, and its implementing regulations set forth in California Code of Regulations, Title 10, section 6456. Contractor shall bear all costs associated with obtaining clearance for each said employee.

Background Clearance. A. Background clearance involving fingerprinting is required by Home policy of contract employees and volunteers prior to assignment to the Home in order to meet state facility licensure requirements. Live- scan is the only acceptable form of fingerprinting for the Home. Contractor shall be solely responsible for the cost for Live-Scan Services.

Background Clearance. Prior to providing any services on campus or at any location where students are present, Contractor shall provide proof of a background clearance satisfactory to the College that is less than twelve (12) months old unless this provision is specifically waived by the parties in writing. The standards for the background clearance must comply those set forth in the Xxxxxxxxx College policy for Background Checks for College Employees and must be completed prior to the commencement of services.

Background Clearance. ‌ Provide a list of names of each proposed employee to the Department of Public Works 30 days prior to the assignment of any employee. Contractor personnel to be assigned to County buildings will be required to meet with the County of San Mateo Building Services Manager prior to starting their assignments. Employees assigned to county facilities must pass and maintain a County of San Mateo Department of Justice fingerprint/ background clearance performed by the County of San Mateo Sheriff’s Department. The cost of the Department of Justice clearance is the responsibility of the Contractor. Contract employees will not be permitted to begin work prior to DOJ clearance and received County issued card issued badge. Failure to do so will result in the immediate removal of contractor’s employee.‌ Selected Contractor must provide a list of each proposed employee and assigned facility to the Department of Public Works 30 days prior to the assignment of an employee. Contractors employees will be required to meet with the County’s Building Services Manager or his designee, once prior to commencement of assignment. All staff entering The Hall of Justice or jail facilities must be cleared by jail security. Staff will be required to present a current driver’s license upon arrival at the Hall. Contractor is responsible for maintaining proper security clearance for each employee throughout the duration of this agreement and will notify the County within 24 hours of learning of the arrest or detainment of any employee.
