Background and Security Investigations. 9.5.1 Key staff, and any Contractor staff, with access to the County network or data under this Contract must undergo and pass, to the satisfaction of the County, a background investigation as a condition of beginning and continuing Work under this Contract. Such background investigation will be administered by the Department. The background investigation will be obtained through fingerprints submitted to the California Department of Justice to include state, local and federal-level review, which may include but not be limited to, criminal conviction information.
