The purpose of this Memorandum of Agreement is to provide a framework within which the Parties will enable transfers of funding pursuant to Section 256 of the XXX Xxx 0000 and in line with the National Health Service (Conditions relating to payments by NHS Bodies to Local Authorities) Directions 2013, to enable those funds transferred to be invested by social care for the benefit of health and to improve overall health gain.
