Back Up Power any source of power that can be used in the event of interruption of normal power supply. Bulk Water Supplier (BWS) – an entity that provides MCWD potable water intended for distribution in its service area Bulk Water Supply – potable water supplied by the BWS to MCWD Clearance – clearance/permit issued by the local government unit or pertinent government agencies.
Back Up Power. In the event that PSINet desires back-up power at the IXC POPs, PSINet shall submit its back-up power requirements to IXC. IXC shall within thirty days of receipt of PSINet's request provide PSINet with a quote as to IXC's costs for providing such back-up power; provided however, that IXC shall only be obligated to provide such quote and the back-up power if IXC, in its sole discretion, determines that providing such back-up power is feasible considering available space, environmental factors, required consents from third parties and other relevant factors.
Back Up Power. Tenant shall be entitled, subject to the provisions of this Section 8.3.3, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, to install one (1) emergency backup generator for the provision of electricity to the Premises in the event electricity is not otherwise available to the Premises (the “Tenant Generator”). Tenant shall have the right to install such fuel tanks, fuel lines, additional risers, conduits, feeders, switchboards, appurtenances and/or additional electrical equipment in the Premises and/or the Building (“Tenant Electrical Equipment”) as may be necessary for the use of the Tenant Generator for service to the Premises and which complies and is consistent with the specifications for the Tenant Generator and the Tenant Electrical Equipment approved by Landlord as provided herein. Landlord shall have the right to approve plans and specifications for such Tenant Generator and the Tenant Electrical Equipment (“Generator Plans”), which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Such Generator Plans shall include reasonable screening devices and other appropriate reasonable improvements intended to visually screen the Tenant Generator and Tenant Electrical Equipment from view by visitors and tenants in the Project and to mitigate the penetration of noise or vibration from such Tenant Generator and Tenant Electrical Equipment into the Common Areas. Landlord’s prior written approval must be obtained by Tenant as to the location of the Tenant Generator and Tenant Electrical Equipment in the Project as well as the aesthetic and security aspects of the Tenant Generator and the Tenant Electrical Equipment to make sure they are consistent with the quality of the Building and the Project, provided that any aesthetic or security aspects of the installation of the Tenant Generator that are set forth on the Generator Plans approved by Landlord shall not require any further approval by Landlord hereunder. The Tenant Generator and Tenant Electrical Equipment shall not create any material adverse impact on the Building Systems or on the Project and must comply with (i) the Generator Plans as approved by Landlord, and (ii) applicable insurance regulations and applicable Laws. No work on the installation of the Tenant Generator shall be undertaken unless and until Landlord has reviewed and approved the Generator Plans. Back Up Power. In the event that PSINet desires back-up power at the IXC POPs, PSINet shall submit its back-up power requirements to IXC. IXC shall within thirty days of receipt of PSINet's request provide PSINet with a quote as to IXC's costs for providing such back-up power; provided however, that IXC shall only be obligated to provide such quote and the back-up power if IXC, in its sole discretion, determines that providing such back-up power is feasible considering available space, environmental factors, required consents from third parties and other relevant factors. In the event IXC does provide back-up power to PSINet: (a) IXC shall provide PSINet with invoices setting forth the costs for such back-up power within sixty (60) days of the later of: (i) IXC receiving its invoices from subcontractors and vendors for installing and providing such back-up power or (ii) delivering the back-up power to PSINet; and (b) IXC will have no liability whatsoever to PSINet with regard to any delay, failure or defect in such back-up power and Section 18 shall apply to such power. IXC's initial and ongoing costs for providing such back-up power to PSINet may be included in IXC's invoices to PSINet. PSINet shall pay IXC the amounts due within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice from IXC.
Back Up Power. The Tenant shall have the right to install an emergency diesel generator in an exterior location mutually agreed upon by the Landlord and the Tenant. The Tenant shall be responsible for all costs in connection with such installation; provided however that the Landlord shall not charge the Tenant any Basic Rent for the area of the Complex occupied by
Back Up Power. The options described in this Section 15(d) are available to Tenant for back-up electrical power to the Premises. Tenant shall have until the date that is one hundred eighty (180) days following the Commencement Date (the “Back-Up Outside Date”) in which to elect, by written notice to Landlord, one (1) of the following options:
Back Up Power. Tenant may install up to two emergency generators and a UPS system serving the Building and any future building(s) leased by Tenant, subject to compliance with all Laws and Landlord’s reasonable approval of the specifications, design and location of such facilities.
Back Up Power. Landlord at its sole expense shall provide a 50,000 kw or comparable source back-up power generator to be installed, connected and operational.
Back Up Power. In addition to the above the Lessor shall make arrangements to provide adequate KVA back up uninterrupted power supply as required by the Lessee, which shall be made available round the clock at the cost of the Lessor though Diesel Generators. The Lessee has to bear the running costs of the Diesel Generators such as cost of diesel etc. The Lessee has the right to inspect and test the Diesel Generators on a reasonable basis to provide certification to third parties that the same is in working order. The Lessee at their option and cost have the right to expand or enhance the KVA back up uninterrupted power supply provided by the Lessor. Water Supply The Lessor shall provide Water Supply of 6000 litres of water per day to the Demised Premises. Lessor will make arrangements to cater to additional needs at the request of the Lessee.
Back Up Power. In the event that there is a curtailment of power output (in full or in part) from Plant Vogtle, or outage(s) in the transmission or distribution system, Service Provider shall procure and deliver replacement power to JEA’s End-use Customers.
