Back to School Day. One (1) of the supplemental days is the Back to School Day. 11 Employees will attend building or unit meetings for one-half day, the day prior to the start of 12 classes, and for attending back-to-school night. For itinerant certificated staff and specialists 13 not assigned to classrooms, the back-to-school night aspect can be satisfied by an appropriate 14 alternative parent contact activity approved by their immediate supervisor(s).

  • Back to Top  Official transfer credit evaluation takes place once a student is enrolled at Ashford University and all official transcripts have been received.  Courses that meet more than one General Education requirement can only be applied to one area.   • Minimum Call-Back Time An employee who is called in and required to work outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates unless the call-in is immediately prior to their normal work day, in which case there should be no minimum.

  • Call Back Time Any employee called back to work after completion of his/her regular assignment shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at the overtime rate, irrespective of the actual time worked.

  • Enhanced Optional Daily Usage File (EODUF 13.1 The EODUF service Agreement with terms and conditions is included in this Attachment as Exhibit C. Rates for EODUF are as set forth in Exhibit D.

  • Hybrid Loop A Loop composed of both fiber optic cable and copper wire or cable. An FTTP Loop is not a Hybrid Loop.

  • Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF 11.1 The Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF) Agreement with terms and conditions is included in this Attachment as Exhibit C. Rates for ODUF are as set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment.
