B inding Effect. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties, and their heirs, successors and assigns.

B inding Effect. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Company and, subject to the restrictions on transfer set forth herein, be binding upon the Awardee and the Awardee#s heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
