Awning. For homes on blocked foundations and before occupancy of the home, Xxxxxx agrees to install an awning no smaller than 10’x30’, or that approved by Lessor, over the porch. Lessor reserves the right to approve or reject the type of material used and the quality of the construction. All awnings must be maintained in a safe and attractive condition. Lessor reserves the right to approve an economy awning for homes on an individual basis.
Awning. Due to the weather changing in a matter of seconds, the awning can be used at the renters risk. The renter is liable for any and all damages caused to and by the awning.

Awning. If the unit has an awning use with extreme care. In moderate to heavy winds when you are absent or during the night, the awning must be retracted for your safety. Awnings can be damaged very easily, therefore keep all fires a safe distance away. Smoke trapped by the awning will activate the interior smoke detector. Ensure that you have the awning high enough to prevent windows and doors from rubbing on the bottom side. During rain, tilt one corner lower than the other to allow runoff. NOTE; Use of the awning is the sole responsibility of the renter. If the awning is deployed, then it is recognized that the renter has agreed to accept all responsibility for the awning.
Awning i. An awning is a building component consisting of a wall mounted, pitched covering extending from a building to provide shade and weather protection for pedestrians.
Awning. Landlord shall construct an awning or covered walkway from the stairwell leading up from the lower deck of the parking structure to the Building entrance as more particularly described on Exhibit L attached hereto, provided, that (i) such awning or walkway is permitted under the laws, rules and regulations of the Xxxxxxxxxx County, Maryland and any other governmental or quasi-governmental authorities having appropriate jurisdiction over the Building and under any easements, covenants or restrictions affecting the Building.
Awning. Unless prohibited by the Fire Control Department, per the request of Party B, Party A shall, at its own expenses, build the awnings at the space between building 6 and building 7, between building 3 and building 4, and to the south of the newly built building, respectively called as Awning A, Awning B and Awning C. The rental of such awnings shall be born by Party B. The requirement of Party B includes: the awning shall be built at the maximum focus of the load-bearing of relevant buildings. The ceiling shall be made of color steel plate, and the brace shall be made of seamless steel tube. The camber, gradient, weight counterbalance and lighting shall fully meet the national standard.
Awning. Tenant shall have the right, but not the requirement, to erect and maintain, at Tenant's sole expense, an awning, canopy and/or similar project on the exterior side of the Premises to advertise Tenant's business at the Premises provided that Tenant obtains all necessary permits or other authorizations from the City of New York and pays all fees imposed by the City of New York therefor. Furthermore, any sign, awning or other projection installed by Tenant may be illuminated provided that Tenant obtains all necessary permits or other authorization from the City of New York and pays the fee(s) imposed by the City of New York therefor. Tenant shall obtain the prior written approval from Landlord for any contemplated awning. Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold Landlord's consent to the installation of Tenant's signs, awning, canopies or other projections.
