Awards and Damages. Landlord reserves all rights to damages to the Premises for any partial, constructive, or entire taking by eminent domain, and Tenant hereby assigns to Landlord any right Tenant may have to such damages or award, and Tenant shall make no claim against Landlord or the condemning authority for damages for termination of the leasehold interest or interference with Tenant's business.
