Awarding of Contracts. (a) Metropolitan has the absolute right to bid or award Covered Contracts regardless of contract delivery method to any Contractor notwithstanding the existence or non-existence of any agreements between such Contractor and any Union, provided only that such Contractor is willing, ready, and able to execute a Letter of Assent as set forth in Attachment A hereto, and comply with this PLA in performance of Covered Work.
