AWARD RELATIONSHIP. 1.6.1 This Agreement will extinguish the following Awards:-
AWARD RELATIONSHIP. This Agreement shall prevail over the Fruit and Vegetable Growing Industry Award - State, in accordance with the Workplace Relations Act 1996.
AWARD RELATIONSHIP. This Agreement shall form the complete agreement covering all terms and conditions of employment. It shall operate to the exclusion of any and all other agreements, awards or any other industrial instrument whatsoever.

AWARD RELATIONSHIP. 1.4.1 This Agreement comprehensively regulates the terms and conditions of employment of employees to whom it applies and operates to the exclusion of any other industrial agreements, award or notional agreements preserving State awards, including in respect of any protected award conditions which may otherwise apply in respect of employees engaged under this Agreement.
AWARD RELATIONSHIP. 1.6.1 This Agreement will extinguish the following applicable Award, the Recreational Diving Industry Award 2001 (Federal) and all other Awards (either Pre Reform of NAPSA’s);
AWARD RELATIONSHIP. This Agreement shall form the complete agreement covering all terms and conditions of employment. It shall operate to the exclusion of any Awards or NAPSA’s unless specifically incorporated into this Agreement.
AWARD RELATIONSHIP. 4.1. The Agreement is to be read and applied wholly in conjunction with the: • Local Government Industry (Stream B) Award – State 2017; and • Local Government Industry (Stream C) Award – State 2017
AWARD RELATIONSHIP. This Agreement will extinguish the following Award:- Transport Distribution and Courier Industry Award – Northern and Mackay Division 2004
AWARD RELATIONSHIP a) This Agreement and the National Employment Standards ("NES") combined contain the minimum terms and conditions of employment for employees covered by this Agreement.
