Award Process. Preliminary negotiations may be conducted with responsible Offeror(s). At the discretion of PSA, all responsible Offerors may be given an opportunity to interview with the Evaluation Committee. Vendors will be ranked, and final contract negotiations will begin with the top ranked firm. Should negotiations with the highest ranked firm fail to yield a contract, or if the firm is unable to execute said contract, negotiations will be formally ended and then commence with the second highest ranked firm.
Award Process. The County reserves the right to make an award without further discussion of any proposal submitted. Each proposal should be initially submitted on the most favorable terms the proposer can offer. The County reserves the right to negotiate and/or include a best and final offer stage to the process. Proposers may be invited for presentation. The county reserves the right to add terms and conditions, deemed to be in the best interest of the county, during final negotiations. Any such terms and conditions shall be within the scope of the RFP and shall not affect the basis of proposal evaluations and will be incorporated in a purchase order. The County reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to negotiate with the apparent best evaluated Proposer.
Award Process. 6.1 The Council expects to decide the award of framework agreements within 6 months of the closing date for submission of tenders (see paragraph 4.2). Bids shall remain open for acceptance for a minimum of 6 months.
