Common use of Award of Work Jurisdiction by Building Trades Clause in Contracts

Award of Work Jurisdiction by Building Trades. All Parties hereto agree that all Plasterers shall be employed by the Contractors in accordance with the provisions as set forth in this Agreement, for all work pertaining to the various crafts or trades, normally done by Plasterers in those crafts or trades, the jurisdiction of which has been, or may, from time to time be awarded to them by the Building and Construction Trades Department of the American Federation of Labor and any Federal agency.
