Common use of Award of Restricted Shares Clause in Contracts

Award of Restricted Shares. Subject to the provisions of the ATS Corporation 2006 Omnibus Incentive Compensation Plan (the “Plan”) and this Agreement, the Corporation hereby grants to the Participant 10,434 shares (the “Award”) of the Corporation’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”), to which the restrictions referred to in Section 2 (the “Vesting Conditions”) attach (the “Restricted Shares”).

Award of Restricted Shares. Subject to the provisions of the ATS Corporation 2006 Omnibus Incentive Compensation Plan (the “Plan”) and this Agreement, the Corporation hereby grants to the Participant 10,434 30,000 shares (the “Award”) of the Corporation’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”), to which the restrictions referred to in Section 2 (the “Vesting Conditions”) attach (the “Restricted Shares”).

Award of Restricted Shares. Subject to the provisions of the ATS Corporation 2006 Omnibus Incentive Compensation Plan (the “Plan”) and this Agreement, the Corporation hereby grants to the Participant 10,434 19,890 shares (the “Award”) of the Corporation’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”), to which the restrictions referred to in Section 2 (the “Vesting Conditions”) attach (the “Restricted Shares”).

Award of Restricted Shares. Award of Restricted Shares. Subject to the provisions of the ATS Corporation 2006 Omnibus Incentive Compensation Plan (the “Plan”) and this Agreement, the Corporation hereby grants to the Participant 10,434 150,000 shares (the “Award”) of the Corporation’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”), to which the restrictions referred to in Section 2 (the “Vesting Conditions”) attach (the “Restricted Shares”).

Award of Restricted Shares. Subject to the provisions of the ATS Corporation 2006 Omnibus Incentive Compensation Plan (the “Plan”) and this Agreement, the Corporation hereby grants to the Participant 10,434 75,000 shares (the “Award”) of the Corporation’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”), to which the restrictions referred to in Section 2 (the “Vesting Conditions”) attach (the “Restricted Shares”).

Subject to the provisions of the ATS Corporation 2006 Omnibus Incentive Compensation Plan (the “Plan”) and this Agreement, the Corporation hereby grants to the Participant 10,434 40,000 shares (the “Award”) of the Corporation’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”), to which the restrictions referred to in Section 2 (the “Vesting Conditions”) attach (the “Restricted Shares”).

Award of Restricted Shares. Subject to the provisions of the ATS Corporation 2006 Omnibus Incentive Compensation Plan (the “Plan”) and this Agreement, the Corporation hereby grants to the Participant 10,434 25,000 shares (the “Award”) of the Corporation’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”), to which the restrictions referred to in Section 2 (the “Vesting Conditions”) attach (the “Restricted Shares”).

Award of Restricted Shares. Subject to the provisions of the ATS Corporation 2006 Omnibus Incentive Compensation Plan (the “Plan”) and this Agreement, the Corporation hereby grants to the Participant 10,434 42,000 shares (the “Award”) of the Corporation’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”), to which the restrictions referred to in Section 2 (the “Vesting Conditions”) attach (the “Restricted Shares”).
