Award of Project Contract. 7.1 If the Additional Client decides to appoint the proposed Appointed Company, the Additional Client shall issue a Project Contract setting out the information agreed in accordance with Clause 5.3 above and any other relevant information which may include any key personnel of the proposed Appointed Company who will be responsible for carrying out the Project.
