Common use of Award Criteria Clause in Contracts

Award Criteria. Subject to ITB Clause 1.33, the Contracting Institute will award the contract to the successful Bidder whose bid has been determined to be substantially responsive and has been determined to be the lowest evaluated bid, provided further that the Bidder is determined to be qualified to perform the contract satisfactorily.
