Accrual of Sick Leave a. A full-time employee shall accrue four (4) hours of sick leave for each biweekly pay period, or the number of hours that are directly proportionate to the number of days worked during less than a full-pay period, without limitation as to the total number of hours that may be accrued.
Show-Up Compensation An employee who is scheduled for work and reports for work, except for situations addressed in Article 123--Inclement or Hazardous Conditions, and is released from work shall be paid the equivalent of two
Calculation of Vacation Pay Vacation pay shall be at the rate effective immediately prior to the vacation period. However, should any salary increase become effective during the employee's vacation period, he/she shall receive the benefit of such increase from the effective date.
HOLIDAY COMPENSATION FOR TIME WORKED 126. Employees required by their respective appointing officers to work on any of the above specified or substitute holidays, excepting Fridays observed as holidays in lieu of holidays falling on Saturday, shall be paid extra compensation of one additional day's pay at time- and-one-half the usual rate in the amount of 12 hours pay for 8 hours worked or a proportionate amount for less than 8 hours worked provided, however, that at the employee's request and with the approval of the appointing officer, an employee may be granted compensatory time off in lieu of paid overtime as provided for elsewhere in this contract. 127. Executive, administrative and professional employees designated in the Annual Salary Ordinance with the "Z" symbol shall not receive extra compensation for holiday work but may be granted time off equivalent to the time worked at the rate of-one-and-one-half times for work on the holiday.
EARLY RETIREMENT INCENTIVE PLAN 1. The Board will pay an allowance to continuing contract teachers who retire from teaching in the District under the Teachers' Pension Plan, before reaching age sixty (60), subject to the following conditions: The teacher must:

Benefit Accrual Seniority, for the purpose of vacation, pension and sick leave accrual shall be based upon an employee’s continuous length of service with WSF. Seniority, for the purpose of all other benefit accrual, shall be by bargaining unit-wide seniority based upon an employee’s continuous length of service or adjusted length of service within the bargaining unit.
Deferred Compensation Plan Manager shall be eligible to participate in the First Mid-Illinois Bancshares, Inc. Deferred Compensation Plan in accordance with the terms and conditions of such Plan.
Deferred Compensation Program Unit members shall continue to be eligible to join the County’s Deferred Compensation Plan. Said employees will be bound by the same Plan, rules and participation agreements as are generally applicable to other County employees. DSA acknowledges that County retains the right to alter, amend, or repeal the current plan, rules, and participation agreements, at any time. The County shall not charge an administrative fee to participating employees.
