Award 2020. The Client agrees to ensure that all employment terms and conditions meet the minimum National Employment Standards, comply with any Industrial Instrument and all employment requirements under the Fair Work Xxx 0000 (Cth) or any other relevant legislation.

An employee who is authorised by the employer to use their motor vehicle in the course of their duties will be reimbursed for such travel at 80 cents per kilometre. - Clause 27.2 of the VECTEA (2020).
