Available Time. Consultant shall make available such time as it, in its sole discretion, shall deem appropriate for the performance of its obligation under this Agreement.
Available Time. A. Available Time Defined Available time means that an employee has requested to be considered for hours of work in addition to his/her routine work schedule during which such employee can be contacted by telephone for immediate return to duty to perform an essential service.

Employees wishing available time (i.e. extra shifts) shall notify the scheduling coordinator by 9:00am Tuesday after the schedule is posted. Extra shifts will be offered by category on a rotating basis within each category starting with the most senior employee.
