Available Information to the Commission. The Company furnishes the Commission with certain public reports and documents required by foreign law or otherwise under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Such reports and documents, and all notices, reports and communications referred to in Sections 5.06 and 5.10, shall be in English to the extent required under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, or to the extent any such notice, report or communication has been translated by the Depositary.
