Available Incentive. The amount of any incentive payable to the Contractor, pursuant to this clause, shall be determined in accordance with the procedures set forth in paragraph E using the evaluation factors set forth in paragraph C below.   • Can a Savings and Incentive Match Plan for Employees of Small Employers (“SIMPLE”) Be Used in Conjunction with a Traditional IRA? A Traditional IRA may also be used in connection with a SIMPLE Plan established by your employer (or by you if you are self-employed).
